AWARENESS ATTENTION CHANGE

What happens when we begin to truly pay attention — to the people around us, to the environments we live in, to the way we communicate, and to what is happening within us?

For more than 20 years, this curiosity has taken me through different worlds — technology, entrepreneurship, communication, healthcare, psychology, consciousness and the subconscious, hypnotherapy, and life energy.

At first, these may seem like very different things.

To me, they are all part of the same journey — understanding ourselves and each other more deeply.

I’m Georgi

I’m an entrepreneur, but I’ve never thought of myself simply as a business person.

I love to create. To observe. To explore. To ask questions. To connect things that, at first, may seem unrelated.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with technology, screens and communication in real-world environments. I’ve built businesses, communication systems and partnerships. I also created and continue to develop OnHealth — a patient education and awareness platform for healthcare environments.

Over time, however, my curiosity began to move from the world around us to the world within us.

From the question:

“How do we communicate with people?”

to:

“What actually happens inside a person when we communicate?”

That curiosity led me to psychology, hypnotherapy and a deeper exploration of consciousness, attention, beliefs and change. The emotional world, the mind-body connection and life energy have become other dimensions of this personal journey.

I’m not trying to turn all of these interests into a single profession.

I’m trying to understand the connections between them.

Because the more I understand people, the more differently I begin to understand communication.

It All Started with Attention

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with communication through screens in public spaces. But the screens themselves have never been the most interesting part to me.

What interests me is the person in front of the screen.

What will they notice? What will they ignore? How will it affect them? When does information become communication? How can a message become part of the environment without interrupting the person? When does it take something away, and when does it add value? How can we communicate through the experience, not just through the message?

Years of working with screen-based systems and building an internal communication channel at Happy gave me the opportunity to explore these questions not only in theory, but in real-world environments — through observation, practice and experience.

And gradually, I came to understand something important:

Technology can deliver a message.

But it cannot give it meaning.

Meaning and value emerge when, beyond asking what we want to say, we also try to understand the person on the other side — how they feel, what they need, and how they experience the moment in which we meet them.

The Freedom
to Choose

Entrepreneurship taught me another side of creating. Ideas are the easy part. Then come the people, the clients, the money, the mistakes, the responsibility, the difficult conversations, and the decisions no one else can make for me. I learned how to start, to make mistakes, to start again, to build relationships, to be inspired — and to inspire others. But perhaps the most important thing I continue to seek through entrepreneurship is freedom.

The freedom to choose.

To create.

To follow my curiosity.

To change direction.

To have the time and the courage to do what feels true to me.

And more and more often, I find myself asking:

What is the meaning of success if, on the way to achieving it, I lose the freedom to be myself?

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

When Communication Met Care

After years of working with screens and communication environments, my attention gradually turned to an unusual place: the waiting room.

Every day, people spend time waiting outside a doctor’s office. Some are calm. Others are anxious. Some are waiting for results. Others are there with someone they love.

And I asked myself a simple question:

What if this time wasn’t simply spent waiting – what if it could have meaning?

That is how OnHealth was born – a patient education and awareness platform that transforms waiting time in healthcare environments into an opportunity for greater clarity, calm, prevention and small positive change.

Today, OnHealth reaches hundreds of thousands of patients and accompanying visitors every month.

But for me, the real value remains with the individual person.

If we have helped someone understand something important about themselves, ask a question, take better care of their health, or simply feel a little calmer during a difficult moment – then that time has had meaning.

HEALTHCARE

Then My Curiosity Turned Inward

Much of my professional life has been shaped by the question of how we communicate with people. At some point, another question began to interest me even more:

What happens inside a person?

Why do we sometimes know exactly what we should do – and still don’t do it? Why do we repeat patterns even when we know they no longer serve us? How do our beliefs and emotions shape the way we experience the world? How much of our decision-making is truly conscious?

These questions led me to psychology and hypnotherapy. But they also revealed something important to me about communication:

Understanding alone is not always enough to create change.

We can explain something to someone with perfect clarity, and they may understand it completely. But real insight often comes not from what someone tells us, but from what we discover for ourselves – through our own experience.

This is what increasingly fascinates me.

Communication not simply as a message we deliver, but as an experience we create.

An experience that doesn’t tell people what to think or how to feel, but gives them the space to notice, to feel, to connect the dots, and to discover something meaningful for themselves.

Perhaps this is where communication begins to become change.

PSYCHOLOGY

Not Everything That Interests Me Can Be Easily Explained

Alongside my professional journey, for years I have also explored other approaches to the human experience. Yoga, meditation, conscious and intensive breathing practices, and Reiki have all been part of this personal path.

In different ways, they all bring me back to something very simple – presence. To the body, the breath, our sensations, and the ability to step out of the constant stream of thought for a moment and simply observe what is happening within.

For me, these are first and foremost practices of presence, attention and personal experience. I don’t feel the need to convince anyone of their value.

I prefer to remain curious. To experience. To observe. To ask questions. To search for answers. And to leave space for the things I still don’t fully understand.

I see these practices as complementary approaches to personal well-being, self-exploration and awareness, rather than as substitutes for medical or psychological care.

PRESENCE

Different Directions.

The Same Curiosity.

Screens taught me to think about attention.

Communication taught me to search for meaning.

Entrepreneurship taught me how to turn ideas into reality — and to value freedom.

OnHealth taught me to think about care and responsibility when we are given someone’s attention.

Psychology encourages me to look deeper into the person — their emotions, beliefs and inner world.

Hypnotherapy has shown me the power of experience and of the insights we discover for ourselves.

Reiki, meditation, breathing practices and yoga offer me another perspective on presence, the body and the human experience.
At first glance, these may seem like very different directions.

To me, they all lead to the same question: what does it mean to truly understand the person in front of me?

I don’t know where this curiosity will take me.

And I no longer think I need to know everything.

Because I’m still exploring.

If Something Here Made You Think, Write to Me

It might be about communication and screens. About psychology. About OnHealth. Or about an idea you’d like to explore together.

Or simply because our paths have crossed around the same question.

connection

I Pay Attention

To people.

To what moves me.

To what I avoid.

To my body.

To my thoughts.

To the silence between them.

And every now and then – to my breath.

It is always here.

Perhaps that is where awareness begins.
